Mailing lists (AHS-C)
The first thing you need to do is make sure you are on the committee mailing list. This is a list which everyone who sits on the AHS committee is registered on as well as our officers and a few other notable people. It is where a lot of the confidential discussion goes on with the AHS.
If you are also on the executive you need to ensure you are on that mailing list too.
Secular Portal
Most of the discussion surrounding the AHS happens on the Secular Portal Forums which can be found here. You need to make sure you are registered and regularly checking these forums at least once a week, more regularly if you sit on the AHS committee itself.
If you are not on the forums already you should register, using your real name as the username so people can easily identify who you are, and make an introductory post on the new members section.
Secular Portal also has a collaborative wiki in which we can share resources and information between societies and is also used as a base for writing working documents and collaborating on projects.
