I dunno if anyone is watching this (hopefully you're all diligently looking out at Special:Recentchanges for all edits), but my main comment is that all the bits about the Union providing someone to talk to, and places to hold events, doesn't apply to Oxford. I would wager that in part it doesn't apply to Cambridge either but I don't know that for sure. Oxford certainly doesn't have a conventional Union and societies book rooms through colleges/faculties. Which are also quite restrictive on whether you can get them free or not :(

I'm not sure how much this helps though as Oxford isn't likely to get a third society (unless Jenna founds the Oxford Humanist Soc... lol just kidding) and I don't know how relevant this would be to anywhere else. But I thought I'd put it down here because it's worth having down somewhere - Rst20xx 22:49, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
